4) Project Description (maximum 3
pages, double-spaced; Times New Roman 12 point) |
5) Principal Author:
- Name
- Title
- Email
- Phone Number

6) Additional Authors

|
7) Letter of college support from
campus president, department chair, or academic dean |
8) Budget Narrative
- Budget Item
- Item purpose/usage
- Item amount
|
|
9) Project Timeline with key deliverables and benchmark
dates, as well as timing of final project report on project
accomplishments to ICI
|
